I was originally hoping to do 75 miles today, but unfortunately I woke up late, and Mom wanted me back early so that we could take a trip down to Chicago. I did "Dad's Loop" once, and then I did "The Chardon Loop" once. I did "Dad's Loop" in about 10 minutes less than I did it before, and I'm pretty sure I got record time on Chardon too. There's this strech on "Dad's Loop" that runs through Singing Hills, and it's very open, very prairie. Well, you can see really long stretches of the path in these open prairies, and if you're tired, it's like "Oh man! I have to ride THAT!". It's a constant up-grade too, which makes it a bit more tiresome. All in all, it was a great workout!
We also ended up going to Chicago for a bit, delivering a bunch of clothes and stuff to a shelter, and then handing out bag's of food to homeless people. Mom was also giving me a crash course on getting around in Chicago, which was cool.
